In this month's Coding Recommendations for the Real Operative Report, we had made a type-o on one of the codes and ended up with the correct code description, but an incorrect numerical code:

The code narrative "Bypass graft, with vein, femorial-anterior tibial, posterior tibial, peroneal artery or other distal vessel" does not describe code 35571, as we had published, but rather code 35566, which is indeed our suggestion for corrrect code assignment.
